When you become a Pacific Home Concierge member, we’ll reach out to you twice a year with open-up and close-down surveys to make a plan with you for the new season. Your open-up checklist is customizable and can look however you need it to, but can include HVAC and plumbing checks, furniture rearrangement, and more. Your Pacific Home Concierge team is happy to help make your next homecoming a happy one.

Close-Down Services

Saying goodbye to your Southern California home for the season can be bittersweet, but with a Pacific Home Concierge membership, it never has to be stressful. Our memberships include close-down services for your property, so even if you’re planning to leave it vacant for a while, you won’t need to worry about a thing.

When the season is coming to a close, Pacific Home Concierge members receive a close-down checklist from their home concierge team. Also customizable, your checklist can include shutting off the electricity and water, draining the pipes in the winter, or changing the locks when the property is not in use. Since the process is tailored to your home and your needs, you’ll always know your close-down is in great hands.
